Maunder

Maunder – “to wander slowly or speak indistinctly”

That night felt as if cherubs were blowing bubbles into the open air.

And although I was dizzy from motion sickness, I found solace in the cold winds.

And I saw them. I saw the melted carousel lights, maundering endlessly in the reflection of his teary eyes, like caramelized photons of the most delicate sort.
